The hotel's central location was fantastic, very close to the center, railway station, piazzas, and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

Some people working there were really slow.

As old people, we appreciated the convenient location near bars and restaurants. the comfortable beds and working air conditioning made for a pleasant stay. the self-check-in process was hassle-free. the free tea and coffee provided were a nice touch.

This hotel was a hidden gem! The value for money was outstanding, offering everything you need at an affordable price. I loved the attention to detail, from the clear instructions for self-check-in to the thoughtful provision of tea and coffee stations in the corridors. The location was superb, near the city center and main attractions, with a beautiful view of the Pisan landscape from the well-appointed rooms.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It was close to the leaning tower and also on the banks of the river. I had a great view from my room balcony. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
